2012 all in one mod question

I'm sure this is a noob question but I want to start a 2012 regular major league rostered game with realistic logos, jerseys, faces, etc so I downloaded and installed the 2012 All in one mod from the add on screen. I went into my existing game and nothing was updated. I know I'm missing something obvious. Help?

Only works with a new game. You would have to manually install all uniforms, logos, parks and facegen(as long as you have it set to search for FG's under Player & Picture Options & Preferences - Facegen) should update after January 1st, but it's been awhile so I can not be certain.

My internet connection wouldn't let me download the all in one mod from the in game add ons so I downloaded it from the internet ( Index of /mods ). I have all of the correct files but I don't know how to get the files into the game. I can manually import files successfully but I don't want to do that for all of the facegens. thanks
