im trying to figure out how to make it so i dont have to keep changing the teams names and the league names every single time i play.. there must be someway to save it into the database so i dont have to do it over and over again

Save as a Template before you start your league. I do this for any new league I create in case I have to go back and make changes to the original league. It's one of the options on the bottom left tabs in advanced league creation.

so is there anyway to make it so even when i create a new major league game or historical game that it will also load the real team names.. or is this only doable in custom games

Did you download the Apple store version? if so someone with more knowledge then I can answer your questions better, but I believe the apple version doesn't come with real names. You can make a template of any league. If it's the regular version downloaded from here then I don't know why it doesn't have the real names.

unfortunately i did get it from the apple store.. i wasnt aware of the problems with it.. hopefully someone can help me or apple can work with ootp to solve this problem because its ruined the game for me sadly

i guess im just one of those people that need every detail to be correct.. call me crazy.. ive always played baseball mogul but because it isnt mac friendly.. i stumbled upon this and ive heard its every bit as good.. hopefully there is a solution somewhere out there for this

I am not sure if it is a simple solution as an update or what. Perhaps try a posting in tech support?
