All Red Sox League

Hi everyone. Thought I'd finally give something back to the community so I created a league of entirely Red Sox players.
Players have been imported from Ankit's revised database - They have been weeded out and there are no duplicates - Aside from Babe Ruth who imports as Babe, and as George, a pitcher. League is set up to start with a Fantasy draft by 16 teams in 1 league. The teams are named after towns in the New England area, and all teams should have corresponding logos.

I have uploaded the league to Baseball Sim Central, and was wondering if there was anyone else wishing to host the file?

I'd love it if people would check it out once it's available, and give some feedback.

Thanks.

Nah, the league'll probably wind up getting corrupted right before the end of the season.

Also, what about New Beford? Number 1 seaport in the US.

At one point, riches city in the world.

The Cape League is a good idea - Doesn't anybody know where I can obtain a full set of logos for the league?

Thanks, that should work well - I still would need 6 more teams though - Any suggestions on what those teams should be?

You should make players from the '86 Red Sox as the managers. I wouldnt want to be on bill buckner's team.

Hello Wheele8,

I could not find your file at the BCS. There must be a lag time when you submit a file. Will keep looking for it.

Instead of Providence (or with Providence, doesnt really matter) you should use Pawtucket, and also should find how to get Lowell in there, seeings how they are farm system cities. Great idea though, can't wait till you're finished with it.

From somebody who's both lived in Chestnut Hill, and from somebody who called Cotuit his home now (and with the almighty privledge of watching Cape League Baseball). I love the idea of using the Cape League. I looked for the file, I couldn't get it to work before I had to go into work. But I'm looking forward to this, good luck!

But if you're using that LogoServer, the one that's on there isn't the Cotuit logo, or at least not the one they wear on their hats. It's just the "C".

I had both Pawtucket and Providence in there as well as Lowell. I may not revise it with the Cape League names simply because 10 teams is just not enough. I may do something eventually where I use 20 teams in a 2 league setup with the 10 cape league teams and ten named after an amature league like the Yawkey League, but I'll cross that path after people are actually able to try it out.

It seems as if Baseball Sim Central is slow right now in posting uploads. Is there aywhere else I can upload this file so it can be available?

The league has been posted by BBSC. Would be interested in any feedback from people trying out the league!
