Patching question

I patched this morning before downloading a league file. If the commish produces today's file before patching and I download it after patching, am I going to have any issues?

Things look to be jacked up in this league now. None of the players on my team are my players and I have many players with a - instead of a number where there ratings should be on various screens.

Supposedly based on the notes, the commish can be a version behind.
