Thank you to everyone that expressed interest. It looks like DenverZeppo will be taking on the co-commissioner role. Once we chat a little bit more, I'll be sending out an e-mail. At this time, it looks like we still need GMs for the teams below. Only signups made in this thread, before this post and that included an e-mail address were counted.

I have begun work on the Constitution for this league. It will include a PPT system that requires a small amount of writing, not a huge amount, but a few articles per season.
Rem and I will hopefully get to talk a little bit this week to hammer out sim schedule and other details.

If the Pirates are still available I'd be up for that. My team is the Mariners but I grew up in Altoona...Pittsburgh's AA affiliate so I kinda have an affinity for them. I've been playing OOTP for a few years but am a newbie to online leagues.
