Activation support ticket

I have recently submitted a ticket because i cannot activate my game no matter what i do. I have reformatted my computer and have never used my other activation on another computer and it will not activate. I have tried to do the offline activation and still nothing it gives me an activation error saying i have exceeded my activation limit. In my experience with ootp support they never answer in a timely fashion is there anyone around who is able to help me with this issue. My ticket id is HEK-317683

look at "license problem" a little lower in this forum, I gave it a shot.
