CCBL: 16 teams in 2 leagues of 2 divisions, no DH
Division winners to play-offs
Historical players, quasi-historical franchises, alternative player career history
Modern financial system, no free agent compensation, soft cap, luxury tax
Franchise/city may be changed at no cost
Five round rookie draft and Rule 5 draft in off-season
Players, draft picks & cash all tradeable
