2012 MLB player draft?

It's been a couple years and a few iterations since I played the full OOTP. I've got iOOTP 11 and started a new draft league on a long flight from Europe. I quickly got transfixed and played until my iPod Touch battery ran out.

Now I've got OOTP 13 and would like to do the same thing. However, I've been unable to figure out how to do this using real MLB players. Every time I've tried Advanced>Create New Game it has given me fictional players. I may want to do that at some time, but for now I'd like to use players I know something about while I figure out how the game's parameters work.

I think you are supposed to create your game by choosing "new major league game" in the game openning menu. I haven't played a game with the 2012 rooster this year, but it was like that with OOTP 12 so I don't see why it would be different this year.

Thanks. I had tried this before but guess I didn't look deep enough in the right places. After choosing "new major league game" the path was Mangaer Home> ML> Advanced> League Setup> Schedule Fantasy Draft. So far, so good.
