Game Deleting Minor League Logos

I'm trying to start a new game, but ootp keeps deleting the league logos for my minor leagues and using a default logo. Any Ideas? Also, is an Association Logo visible anywhere in the game?

Is it labeled correctly? What I do is just load a Justafan logo. The level logo would be visible on the drop down menu for each league and I believe at the top of the standings screen for that level.
