See you're back to playing with a "small" team then

... after all the grief you've given me

Great numbers though

LOL well, at least Texas doesn't start with an Astronomical market size. They start with a big, or rather big depending if you do the inaugural draft and how you draft. So, my budget is still 160M, which I'm trying to take them to a huge or astronomical market size. I took Milwaukee to Rather Big (they are the smallest market in the game), which was about as high as it would go after 40 years. It got kinda boring. I'm trying to turn the Rangers into the Yankees. That, and I've been a Rangers fan my entire life and they've always been awful until a couple years ago, it was rather enthralling to win a WS with them

I just hate the Yankees, I'd be ok with you using Boston :P

Well the first time I saw baseball was during the '86 WS so that made me a Mets fan instantly ..... not that it lasted

Read a good book on their season - The Bad Guys Won! by Jeff Pearlman - last year

Then I lost contact with it for about 24 years .. was only during 2010 when I was up at 3am to watch the game when my son was born ... don't really have a favourite team .. just enjoy watching it as a neutral in the UK

I used to play with Boston on iOOTP 2011 as they seemed to have the best fieldling stats ..... just a terrible rotation and bullpen !!!

Yeah, my college roommates was a huge boston fan, which was cool until about 3 or 4 years ago when they just took a nose dive.

Baseball, as most people would agree, is definitely a sport that isn't nearly as watchable on TV as it in is real life. Football, American football, hockey, basketball are all almost as good or even better to watch on TV. But baseball is just captivating to watch in person, one of these days if you make it to the states, you should try to catch a game!

2026? Put the asterisk back. Climate change caused the air to be thinner!
