I have been playing the file with OOTP13 and im already into my 7th season. Here are a few screenshots.

I have had really good luck with box.com. Their free plan plenty of space and the links don't seem to expire like some of the other upload sites. I have a file out there that people are still downloading months later. What I really like is that even though I am on the free plan, they don't seem to spam my inbox with a bunch of upgrade offers.

Just signed up for box.com account. Then looked for the quickstart file. I have the one for OOTP11 so I am going to be converting the files for OOTP 12 and OOTP 13 and then upload them to my box account.

I know that I need to make a few changes to the file so im going to upload as is and then work on the file during the week to help improve some of the players and player ratings. The ones I am concerned with at the moment are the "Bay City Blues" players. I watched the series on ESPN Classic and I created my own scouting reports on each player as i have did with every other single player involved in the file.

I have uploaded the quickstart for OOTP 11, 12 and 13. The links are available in my Signature part under each of my posts.

I will be working on the file for OOTP 13 to make sure that it is up to my liking. I am going to be working on the file this sunday and should have it re-uploaded by sunday night.

For anyone with feedback on the current file please let me know and i can address and problems/concerns that you might have. Thanks again for your paitence in getting this file back online and I hope that you enjoy all of the work (roughly 6 months) that it took to create this file.

The File has been updated with some of the following changes.

Here are a few of the Changes that I made to update the file.

The one thing that you may want to do when using this file is possibly create X number of Pitchers to help balance out the league or wait until the player draft for the additional pitchers.

-Draft: Increased the # of players generated per round from 10 to 15
-Checked off the 2012 Collective Bargaining Agreement
Team Revenue Setting
-Increase the Avg National Media Contract from $10 Million to $20 Million
- Same contract for every team
- Increased local media contract from $12.5 to $15 million
- Increased Merchandising Revenue from $5 to $10 Million
- Made entire revenue Available
- Cash maximum from $30 to $100 Million

Playoff Option
- Made the Championships best of 7

Average Ticket Price from $22.00 to $25.00
Generate International Free Agents from 3 to 6
Unchecked Expansion box so that GM can expand at their own pace

General Strategic Tendencies
-Set Pitcher stamina to High (should be lowered when more players enter the league, only set this high because of the lack of pitchers to start up the league)
-use of relievers & closers to normal

Everyday I look at this forum to see if anyone has come up with a file for this years real life MLB playoffs. I'm playing this years playoffs with DMB and Action BB but keep hoping OOTP13 will have something.

Anyway, so tonight I just do some general searching while watching the Orioles try for a comeback against the Yankees on tv. And I find this thread. Spent several minutes looking through each page and dl the quickstart and really look forward to giving this a whirl this weekend.

I love movies with and about baseball. This sounds like a real winner.

thanks for giving it a shot. I spend many months creating this file, watching all of the baseball movies that i could find and then creating each player to their stats in the movie or what i thought their ratings should be.

I'm Currently in my 8th Season playing this league.
In my league I added expansion teams to bring total to 20 (5 teams-4 Divisions)
Also added Triple-A and 6 Team Independent League.
