International Scouting

Hi guys, new to the game and have a question about international free agents. I have about 4.3 million sunk into my international scouting, and was just waiting to see when I would begin to see some prospects? Do they pop up into my free agents list, will I get an email, anything? Thanks guys.

You'll get an email if/when your scout finds one. It can happen at any time, but how often depends on your budget and scout's skills.
