Here are some factors I came up with using the ballpark conversion utility...

2B - 98
3B - 98
RBA - 101
RHR - 100
LBA - 98
LHR - 93

Perhaps someone else can help with the coordinates.

Open the conversion in Excell....
How to use, just enter the dimensions and data into the cells of the spread sheets and the factors will be displayed on the right
