Short on Rosters

I started a historical league, then randomized all the players names. The league started in 1993, and played forward until 2010. Then, it started throwing messages about minor league teams not having enough players on their rosters.

I'm assuming I missed a setting somewhere setting up my league. I can hit the "Fill with Fictional Players" button, and all seems well afterwards.

Any idea what I might have missed?

Also, when I look at minor league teams, very few of them have more than 10 or so players on rosters.

At some point did you unclick Ghost players for minor leagues? i know when i turn it off i have all sorts of problems especially during September callups.

Thank you for the suggestion. I don't believe I turned that off. While looking for that, though, I saw where I had selected "use random rookies from all eras." That may be what was different on this run than others I'd done.

If that's what you had on, and if you had full minors, then you probably just ran out of real players to fill the minors.
