Transferring from 15 to 60 DL

How do you transfer a player from the 15 day DL to the 60 day DL?

thanks

Just wondering is there a difference besides the length?? I have just put people who are over 60 days on the 60 day DL but was never sure did it affect something else.

Right click still does not give me the option to transfer from 15 day DL to 60 DL.

The 60-day DL frees up a 40-man roster spot; the 15-day DL does not.

Also remember that the 2nd-lvl DL (typically 60 days) is only available for players currently on the 40-man roster (doesn't have any purpose on minor league contracts).

Yes, because the 60-day DL was created specifically so teams didn't get stuck with a 40-man roster clogged with injured players. Therefore, a player not on the 40-man roster isn't eligible for the 60-day DL.
