New World Baseball League has openings

The NWBL is an established league just finishing our seventh season. This season is a nailbiter - with one sim to go (7 days) only one division is decided. Three of the remaining divisions have ties or are at least close enough that I wouldn't bet on the races!

We have a stable group of owners with fairly low turnover of teams (usually 2-3 teams per season). Going into this coming offseason it appears that we will again have two or three available teams.

If you are interested in joining a fun, active, fictional player league, check out our website at www.nwbl.net. Feel free to e-mail some of our current players for comments about the league (many of whom post here regularly). Now if I can just manage to make that 1.5 games up and make the playoffs...

This is one of the best fictional leagues around with a great set of owners (well all except for Craig of Hell's)

We have 2 openings at the minute (Norfolk and Dayton). Unfortunately, our website is down right now, but it should be up ina day or two (our web-site maintainer is out of town at the moment).

We are just starting post-season activities for our 8th season. We have 24 total teams, 22 of which have current owners, and most of them have been with us for a couple seasons or more (a third of us are original owners). Give us a day or two then come look at the web site and see if you are interested in a team.
