With the advent of league associations I came up with the following idea. To make an association of multiple historical leagues from different leagues and place their playoff teams into one giant playoff. This dynasty will be an account of this association playoff experiment, and the use of the real time simulator to watch the playoffs.

Set up of the league
The world has 16 leagues, one for each MLB season 2011-1995. the leagues are set to be more accurate for a single year replay and are set with real transactions and real line ups.

The association has an end of the year playoff taking what would be the playoff teams from each league, the three division winners plus the wildcard. this puts 128 teams in the playoffs. These teams are then seeded in set of seven game series playoffs, with reseeding after each round. Hopefully this will work as I planned it.

I will sim the entire season first, report back with season results, then watch the playoffs unfold on the real time simulator. I am not controlling any team. I am just an observer to see who ends up on top.

This sounds like a cool experiment, so hopefully it works as you intend it to.

I got it to work. Failed the first time, because I disabled playoffs and this seemed to give the association playoff option problems.

Redsox get a chance to redeem their failed season in real life, Mets exceed expectations and Colorado lives up to potential. Though Tampa Bay, Arizona and Philly make it in real life, they fail to here.
