Innings Limit Young Pitchers

Hey gang,

Does OOTP model the impact of heavy innings usage for young(er) pitchers? Should I try and keep rookie pitchers under a certain innings threshold ?

If I'm not mistaken I think Cody mentioned that it does in one of his help videos. I know he said that he keeps his younger pitchers (think it was 24 and younger) to a limit of 90.
