How to adjust the age of the draft pool?

In my fictional league, when a draft pool is created and shown, all the players are 17-years-old. Is there an adjustment to be made that would add some college age players?

Do you have a high school feeder league as the only source of new players for the draft?

No, about half the pool is marked * as a high-schooler, and when I check the others, they have their stats listed as college level.

Check your player created age min/max in the player options screen under League Set-Up:
OOTP Baseball Manual - Options Page

They should both be set to 0.

That was it. I had my minimum set to 17, and this made all players in the draft pool created as 17.
