All time stat leaderboards by team

I am looking for stat leaderboards for a given team/franchise.

I would love to see franchise leaderboards (both career and season records).

For example, here are the top 10 all time home run leaders for the New York Yankees.

or

here are the top 10 batting average seasons for players on the KC Royals.

I don't want to just see the leader, I want to see an entire leaderboard so I can follow players as they move up the all time franchise records.

These reports seem like they would be fairly basic and I would expect them to be in the game...but I am having trouble finding.

Can someone point me in the right direction.
