Are there too many suspensions

In this game? I'm not complaining just seems that I always have a handful of suspensions every season. Anyone else agree or disagree? I love the game, this was just an observation.

There seem to be way more fights then in real life too and balks.

I agree, also the suspensions for hitters are too severe. I've had hitters suspended up to 9 games before for "altercations". Only starting pitchers get suspended that long.
