Random debut feature in year 2017.
Im not home right now so i cant try, but i started my leauge in 1995, if i enable the random debut feature will people from earlier years be drafted?

Yes. I've started one in 2011 and I got players from all years in both the starting pool and future drafts.

As long as you created your game as a historical mode game, you'll be fine. The random debut isn't intended to work with any other mode.

hmm are you sure? I enabled the feature just now in the year 2017 and i am still getting fake player rookie generations

You must make this choice during the original setup of your historical league otherwise it will only use fictional players. You can't turn it on later. This choice should be greyed out once the game has started but just isn't yet.
