OOTP 6.5: Importing a roster

I'm not sure if anybody looks at these forums, but I thought I'd give it a shot.

Well, I've been in 6.5 online leagues for years, and just recently I decided to buy the game to run a league of my own. Instantly I ran into a wall. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to import a roster set into the game when starting a new league. I've tirelessly searched the web on how to do this, and couldn't find any answers.

I've got one downloaded and unzipped, but have no idea what to do next. I've even looked over the entire manual. If somebody could give me step-by-step instructions on how to get this done, I'd greatly appreciate it.
