Not enough players in the draft?

Hi, everyone.

Long time listener, first time caller.

I've been playing my seasons for decades of sim time with no problem. At some point, I decided to add a minor league system (AAA, AA, & A). At the same time, I increased the number of draft rounds to 20.

Since then, there is a shortage of players in my universe.
Right now, my A team has 1 player. My AA has 6 players and my AAA has 14.
Often, my draft ends in the 4th round because there aren't enough players left to draft in the 5th.

Is this normal? Is there a way to fix it?

Yeah, just change your draft perimeters. I would suggest adding more created players.

I sadly don't got my game running up right now
(about ready to go to work). Anyways, look at bottom of game a screen find the league options (should be middle set I think) icons hit the wrench...last icon on right. Once you hit that a new set of options will appear. If memory is correct it's about 3rd or 4th tab top set of options. Once I get home today I'll try to be more help. Hope that helps good luck bro.

Thanks for the help!

I found an option "Automatically Import Historical Rookies".

I unchecked that and the too small draft problem went away, but then so did the historical rookies. =(

Dang that ain't cool. I'm doin my first historical league myself so I'm learning too. I decided to take over 78 Reds to keep Big Red Machine going...not much luck lol.
