Full minors option?

I started a league and now I want a full minors. Where is that option?

Go into the League Setup screen. There should be a button on the bottom right called 'Add Minors' or something similar.

Just keep in mind that they'll probably be populated automatically with fictional players.

I have fuill minors but no minor leaguers. How do I get players in the minors???

If I remember correctly, if you go into your league setup and click the Functions button, I think there is an option to fill minors with fictional players.

But you may also want to turn off the use of ghost players as well. Just keep in mind that this could dramatically increase your draft classes and you may need to set your drafts for many rounds to make sure enough players are taken to fill the minors.
