Scouting entire team in OOTP13

My first question, so I will try to make it a relevant one...

In some previous versions of OOTP, we were allowed to sign several scouts and could scout both players and teams.

In OOTP13, there appears only to be the Scouting Director and, from what I can make out, only the ability to scout individual players.

Is it possible to scout an entire team in OOTP13 and can someone detail the procedures?

Thanks

Scouting reports are updated on all players at various points throughout the year. Start of spring, opening day, draft day (I think), start of offseason.

I think version 8 was the only one that had individual scouts. Everything from 9 and up as been the single scouting director.
