Help with LOGO!!!

Hey guys,
Was hoping somebody could help me with a logo and unifroms. I'm trying for a Cleveland team that uses the Browns Elf. Below is what I had in mind but don't know how format it. I also strugled with the lettering. Any help would be awesome! You can e-mail me at jonathan.fitzgerald@moh.com if you're up to the task!! Thanks!

Cool. Thanks. I was really hoping to use what I have....I just don't know how tobmake it usable on the game. I just did this in painttshop. That's why the lettering sucks
