OOTP 13 Inaugural Draft

Is it possible to start a 2012 game with an inaugural draft of all players across the current MLB rosters, rather than random fantasy players? Sorry if this is possible and been discussed before.

Go to the league setup and look for the Functions button at the bottom. If you hover over that, there will be an option halfway down for "release all players & schedule inaugural draft".
