Players: Based on 1995 players with minors filled with fictional players after initial draft
# of Teams: 28
First Season: 1995
Latest Season: About to start opening day 1996
Currently Available Teams: San Antonio, Plymouth, Kansas City, Lake Diefenbaker, Sunnyvale
Finances: Every team has a budget, but can use their entire revenue. No owners
Coaches: Off
Minors: AAA, AA, A
Cash Max: $1,000,000
Scouting: OSA

This league began after VBL4 had outgrown OOTP 6.5 after 10+ seasons. The same Commissioner has returned and has a solid core group of owners. However, with growing pains of OOTP 12, we've lost some owners.

This league's Commish does NOT own a team.

This is a very fun league, but very competitive.

I was a member of the VBL4 for several seasons, and now with the ACBA since it's start.....and can say with confidence that you won't find a league around with a better group of guys. Competitive, but fun - and the Commish does a fantastic job. Everyone is committed to making the league the best it can be. Highly recommend.

One of the best leagues and commish around. Been member of the commish leagues for years. Does a great job. If your looking for a great league with great owners and commish. This is the league for you.
