Scout "sayings"

All players seem to have positive reviews for power and contact whether or not they are good power/contact hitters.

At least in the scout's little blurb about them.

I think it would be cool to have the scout mention a few people the prospect reminds him of. The database could search for players with similar projected ratings and stats.

Definitely.

I remember I use to have a baseball simulator in the mid 90's that had an automatically fed minor league system and it would say this player is the next "Jeff Blauser" or "Mark Lemke". Really? lol

I think it would have worked better saying he reminds me a lot of ..... with the defensive capabilties of .....power like....

Agreed, that would be a very cool thing.

My pet peeve with the scouting reports (overall section) is that players either seem to be above average or they suck. I would love to see more phrases that describe players as role players, bench guys, pinch hitters, AAAA guys, etc.
