Graphic request: POW & POM Awards

I was wondering if anyone would have time and would be kind enough to help me with a couple of small logos/banners. I'd like one for the Player of the Week & Player of the Month awards. Both at around 300 X 50. Not for each league, just one of each. They are for 4Ever Baseball's new site here.

I've been getting pretty frustrated because I can't these to come out just the way I'd like them to, so before I get mad and trash them, I thought I would go ahead and post them up anyway to see if it's anything close to what you want. Here's the first-

Goody, hope it's all right, but yours have been added to Aaron Ty Baseball. The link's in my sig and they are listed under Sections. We start our initial draft this Friday, so they'll be getting used regularly in a couple weeks. Credit has already been placed on the front page. Thank you so much. They are really perfect for our all-star league. As LivnLegend said, "Simple, yet perfect". I especially appreciate the little detail of the POM text in gold.
