Oh well...that career died. The game will not load in the save. It gets to the end of the continue game load and just stops on "updated text files".

When the next patch comes out on Wednesday, I think I'm going to just uninstall the game completely and then reinstall with the new version. I thin something just went haywire with the leaks and crashes.

If I do that, the license should be fine...right?

yes if u use the uninstall feature the license will be fine

I don't know if this is a bug, but intl FA want major league contracts when they are not ready for A ball never mind the majors. They refuse a minor league deal in the 4 I've found in year 1.

Using 13.1.4.

It doesn't appear to assign fictional contracts to players, only gives them the league minimum not matter the rating

When a player recieves a better offer and you want to make a new bid, the meet demand button stays greyed out.

Using 13.2.6, here's an example of a run being call unearned when it should have been earned. I know these issues have been with OOTP for a while and they're probably not easy to fix, but here it is anyway.

The second run in this inning was scored as unearned.

I am at the playoff screen and every round has displayed the teams properly, except now at the fifth round, which is the league championship.
it shows the first team correctly, but the second team is blank

using the new patch from today, 13.2.6

I came accross this one while adding an affiliated minor league to an established league.

The affiliated league has the same region as the parent league. If you change the region, then randomize cities to get locations in the new region, nothing happens.

If you randomize the cities, THEN change the region, then randomize the cities again, the cities do change to new locations inside the selected region.

More Randomize City issues...

Tried changing from AMERICAS: North America to any non-AMERICAS / US region and the randomize city function fails regardless of previous adjustments as noted above.

I'm on a Mac, and every time I start a new 2012 game I am able to play for about 10 seconds and then the game saves, and closes.

I've been using the Linux version of the game. I've started it up a few times since downloading it and those times it went well. Went to start it up today and now it's suddenly the demo version of the game. I checked the hidden file in ~ and there's a file there that contains the license info and it seems to be correct. Do I just re-enter it or will that cause problems with authenticating?

A manager gets fired, another one gets hired, and the new manager inherits the record for the teams whole season, not just the games that he was the manager. This wasn't a problem until the last fix of OOTP 12.

In the team's schedule report on days with doubleheaders both scores go to the boxscore of the second game when clicked. Also even if you won one and lost one, they will both be the same colour.

The boxscore to the first game is available via a player's game log though.

Sorry if this has been posted already but just last night I was playing a game and the field is completely gone. It shows the players and the distance for the walls but it is just a blue screen as the background not the regular field. And I checked the other ballparks and all of them are like this now. I also have downloaded the new patch and that didn't work either. Any suggestions?

When you shop 3 players, and then enter a game, whenever you warm up pitchers or put them in the game, the warning: you may only shop 3 players a day message pops up.

Terminology issue: I re-signed my scout to an extension, and the news story was about "Manager Andrew Friedman" - looks like his "normal occupation" is manager, but the news story should refer to his actual role on my team.

I'd be surprised if no one has mentioned this yet but this thread is long so I'll post the problem anyway.

When playing out a game, the SP's at the very beginning of a given game will have almost 0% stamina on their player page even though on the BNN Broadcast screen the pitchers stamina will be "OK". Within the inning, they will hit 0% stamina. I don't know if this is a cosmetic thing or if the pitcher is actually tired and causing issues in the play through. And this is happening in the beginning of the season when no one has pitched yet, so its not an issue of pitching non-rested starters.

I just noticed that after importing a league from OOTP12 I now have numerous players named Jim Unknown throughout the league. It seems that they are created even after I delete them from my system. I do have allow incomplete minor league rosters checked.

The odd thing is when I choose the 'show all players' option they are not shown but if I use the search at the top right they are. I cannot figure out a way to mass delete them.
