Historical disabled because I already know the real ratings anyway. Fictional enabled with normal accuracy.

I usually have it enabled in fictional, or historical with player development enabled. With recalc leagues, I usually just keep the rating scale low (1-5) so I don't know exactly how good the players are even if I have a general idea.

I have never used scouting with OOTP. Then again, I have rarely played anything other than historical games with recalc turned on.

Until this release I have never had scouting turned on, but with the release of OOTP-13 I have it switched on (along with coaching) but 100% accurate.

This season will be my experiment (a baby step) to see how I like it.

Not to derail this too far off the Do-You-Don't-You thread, but I've been thinking a little about this 100% accuracy concept. Does that mean that- and it would only make sense, I think -you'd dump ALL your scouting budget into International scouting and secure the best scout available with International skills and then be able to gain a bit better share of the market, per se, than the AI in discovering talent?

That's why I use 100% accurate scouting now. You can find hidden gems and still have accurate knowledge of player capabilities.
