With OOTP12, using Linux, if you changed networks you had to re-enter your license key. I was hoping to see this fixed but no luck. I know that when I brought this up before I was told to contact PISD, which was no help but I will contact them again, but I am curious if this is something that is even possible to fix on this end? Is it one of the quirks us Linux users will just have to deal with?

I have not read all 20 pages of this thread so if this is a duplicate I apologize in advance.

When looking at player history Actual Awards like MVP, Cy Young, and even monthly and weekly awards are sorted in accomplishments while All Star game appearances and championships are listed as Awards.

Using the latest patch (Build 4), Linux still has the blue problem. But I did notice something that might help you track it down.

Here's the team standings on the Connecticut team home page. Colors are correct.

Here's the team menu with Connecticut selected. Their logo is tinted blue.

Same logo, same size on the same screen. In one case the color is correct and in the other it's tinted blue. Whatever is different in the coding that displays each logo could be causing all of the Linux problems with facegens being blue etc.

When I started a game unemployed and simmed to September, I received messages saying that a certain team offered me a job in the minors but when I go to click accept the message is already expired. There are also no job available in the "teams offering a job" screen.

Already seen this posted, but I am also having the blue logo/player picture issue with Slackware Linux and current fglrx AMD/ATI drivers.

Happened twice while playing out a game. The situation: Two out with multiple base runners. The batter makes the third out and the screen freezes. After about twenty seconds, the options tabs reappear at the bottom of the screen. But the batter that made the third out is still up and the scoreboard says "3 Outs." At that point, the screen is hung. You can move your mouse. You can select and change the layout parameters but nothing else. All you can do is to manual close OOTP from Task Manager. Both times it occurred I was running a random historical league starting in 1920. One of the leagues was using the GamboStritzes DB. The other league was created using the neutralized DB that ships with OOTP.

we need to know was it a new game u started after u installed patch one or was it a league u had on 13 before the patch . how is the league setup , did u just install the new build over top the old or did u do a uninstall then reinstall? was this a quick start or fictional ,historic league, or a mlb game done thu the wizard ? did u close ootp and then try opening it and see if that fixed it ? basicly we need to know every to try to reproduce the issue . so see if u can urself reproduce it too as that would help

With the realtime simulation you can't go into options and change anything? Do you have to pause, select finish simulation, and then you can go back into the options?

Also, formatting issue with finances.

yes this is a known issue that is being worked on .

if u have the .dat files for the leagues id suggest ziping them and uploading to the server so they can be checked and compared to the others so the issue can be fixed quicker .

if u do upload ur dat files make sure u up dat ur post with the file name so it can be logged into the pt

As a Reds fan I am curious if Miguel Cairo is in this game, as I am having trouble finding him. It is not a big deal if he is not, but I would like him on the team. Thanks.

Playing around with regional leagues, created a Southern Europe League, told it to restrict foreign players to 3 foreigners per team, based on team nationality, 1 pitcher and 2 batters.

Most of the teams refuse to fill up their rosters. Meaning after the draft, they don't have a legal number of players on roster. For instance, all the Italian teams have about 3 to 5 Italians, 3 foreigners, and no other players. French teams have more French players, but still not a full roster.

Going to the roster screen of the team and selecting "Fill team with fictional players" has NO effect.

Filling rosters with fictional players at the League level has NO effect.

Dumping all players and filling rosters with fictional players produces similar problems.

Every time I start a new MLB game after the patch, it says the owner has retired right after he sets the new budget. Then I have no owner.

Post patch, I am in a newly created MLB 2012 association, and schedule evaluation is not working. I can't look and see how many times I play each team in the upcoming season via the schedule editor.

I had CTD's with OOTP12 changing random screens but learned to live with it.(game set to save daily)

I did not have problems changing resolutions however.

I've got my imported OOTP12 game working on OOTP13 on 1600x900, but I'm getting CTD's all over the place; always precipitated by clicking to a new screen. Unfortunately OOTP13 is un-playable for me at present.

Still not working correctly with latest build...

Here's the scoring updates box. Look at the bottom two.

The actual score was 10-2.

The second update on the SC/RI game should have shown 10-2.

Reached the end of my first season, and the game will not seem to let the playoffs proceed on auto-play, insisting that the teams have 0 players on the rosters. I've run auto-manager on the league and even gone to the offending organizations in commissioner mode, but cannot solve (on transaction page, team looks fine, but all lineup/rotation pages are empty). Help -- I did a lot of wheeling and dealing this season and don't want to have to abort!
