Reserve clause
hi,
Does OOTP 13 use the Reserve clause? I am not an expert on it but i think it has something that binds the player to the team forever until the rule got elimanted?

Yes, this is automatically working this way in historical leagues (in the proper years of course) and can be enabled for fictional leagues too.

do you know where i can find the option to turn the clause on or off?

You can turn it on for current MLB games as well. I did it once just to see if you could.
