Anyone Help Please

I downloaded the new "C" patch from OOTP and was playing the game, I then downloaded the Lahman's database for historical leagues but they didnt work so I deleted them, and now everytime I start OOTP up, it works but when I try to "Open a League" from my files, I get this Message..

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\OOTP4\OOTP4.exe

abnormal program termination

What did you delete?

I deleted all the .csv files that were involved with Lahman's, thats all.

If all that you deleted was the .csv files then you shouldn't be having a problem w/ OOTP as they aren't related.

You might wanna try installing the game again in another folder and see if it works there.
