League Reports rating use OSA?
Hey Guys,

Just wondering if the ratings that show up in the league reports are scouted by OSA? Just wondering since I'm seeing a slight discrepancy as to what my scout thinks and what the league reports are saying. Just looking for some clarification, thanks!

I believe that the reports use OSA ratings, but I could be mistaken.

if your scout is rated as outstanding/legendary I would tend to listen to my scout
