This may have been answered earlier in the thread but I didn't See it. Is there a reason there is no scouting in the league? I'm assuming because it's probably a lot of extra work?

You can actually just enable it on the league setup, no extra work (I would recommend running a re-run on financials as it will add your scouts to the payroll though). I turn it off because it makes editing rosters tough, not being able to see the real ratings, etc. on player cards.

I'm new to OOTP add ons and after the download of the newest file I cannot figure out how to install it into the OOTP12 game. Please help. Thanks.

When the file is unzipped you will get a folder named CF 2012_v2.1
In that folder is another folder named CF MLB 2012 Rosters.lg
You copy and paste this folder into the OOTP directory.

I use windows 7 so mine is in:
C:/Documents/OutofTheParkDevelopments/OOTPBaseball2010/saved_games.

Then start OOTP 12. Click on load game and select CF MLB 2012 Rosters.
When it is uploading you will get an error about historical database...just click ok and continue on.

Once the file is finished uploading you should be able to play.

You need to extract it to: \Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 12\saved_games

Then load it the same as you would any normal save game

is there a way to dl the file and not get into this ilivid. i have no idea how to use it.

test sims done just as i thought stadiums helped a ton some teams didnt have money to spend but those were teams that were maxed out budgets stayed fairly good

Just click ok and you can use the rosters. Not sure why that error is popping up.

You need winrar to decompress the downloaded file. Follow the instructions in my post #465. It should work.

Thanks Cubby. Here is what I have done since loading the latest rosters:

Turned on scouting.
Changed ballparks.

How do I rerun financials?

What else am I forgetting? Is there any way to nuke the extra ballparks?

I did the same thing earlier, when you click to download, close the ilivid page and you'll see where you can download the .rar file the ilivid page is an ad

Ah, I found him. Listed as a LF.

Try it lowering trade frequency as low as possible and make trade difficulty as hard as possible, heavily favoring prospects

Perhaps someone could answer this for me as well...

When I load these roster's they already have the team logos built in. Where can I find those images to put into my default logo directory?
