Manually injure a player

Can I manually injure a player in OOTP 12 and if so how do I do it?

While in commissioner mode, go to the player profile and select editor. Go in to editor and you can scroll down to injury and edit it.

If you are not already in "commissioner mode", you can go into it by going to your manager options and checking the box marked "commissioner mode", then do what SandMan stated.

Send him to AAA, but before he gets on the bus, let a little air out of the tires. It's sure to crash on the interstate, potentially causing many injuries.
