Unable to continue my franchise: Please Help!

I'm playing as Seattle M's and can't continue my game because a prompt comes up says "Tampa has illegal number of players on the active roster! (6)." I don't understand what this message means mainly because I have no control over any Tampa teams. I've attempted to go in to Commissioner Mode to try and correct any roster mistakes for Tampa, but nothing seems to work. I've put a lot of time into this franchise and am getting increasingly frustrated because I cannot find the solution to this problem.

Is there a minor league team in Tampa? If so, you may need to check the box to allow incomplete minor league rosters(ghost players). Sorry if this is no help

Thanks for the help... No dice though. I don't have any minor league teams from Tampa. The only thing I can come up with is another organization has a minor league team in Tampa. I couldn't find any place to allow ghost teams (only seen that function when creating a league at the onset), is there anyway I can have the AI automatically set rosters correctly league wide?

Look for one more thing. Go to game setup, then choose league setup, then choose options. The box to allow incomplete minors is on the left hand side under player options.
