I need help

I start the game and go to log in and everything goes well, all the gm list shows up 29 of them are working the game load, but one gm when i click on it the OOTP stop working and shut down, where do i look to fix that issue, i got no idea where to look, i checked his info, he had two @@in his email, but don;t think it will affect the log in, so anyway i fix it and click on ok and now it is fix but still can't log on to his his team, i am the commish so where do i go to fix that issue, please help

Go to Knowledge Central, post your issue, and then keep your fingers crossed. You'll eventually get some kind of answer!!

Here you go. It's buried in OOTP 11 help. Should be listed at the top of the forums, but guess they don't feel people have issues!!!

try deleting that gm and re adding him might fix the issue but if it keeps crashing u will most likely need to reinstall ootp

well like i told u in the email u might have to reinstall ootp by first completely removing it and then reinstall normally it will fix things and when it crashed all the time its normally a corrupted ootp file

It is only one team, i delete it , and even re-insall ootp12 still the same problem

Do you have a back-up of the league file before this started happening? If not then I think you may be looking at having to start again. If all available versions of the league have the same error then there's not a lot else you can do.

I know i tought i could delete all the gm and reinstall them but how to do that i m not sure

Well i will tell you this there were faster cashing my money for the game, that they are to answer your ticket, going on 5 days without an answer.
