Error 201... Anyone know how to fix it?

I get error 201 every time I try to export team via FTP. Does anyone know how to correct it?

You need the accounts.data file from your commish ... put that into the settings-folder and you should be ready to go !

couple of questions...

what if you tried that, repeatedly.
what if you tried different methods of importing said file, or placing it in the folder, and clicking the check connection button (or whatever it's called)
what if you contacted support about it and started a ticket weeks ago and didn't get a response
what if you play in 7 online leagues and two of them do not work (either 201 or 202 errors) and the other 5 are all fine?

I am wondering if it might have something to do with the FTP protocol or something? But I am not that tech savvy.

It's also been pointed out that you might need to actually clear your Trash Bin of any old accounts.data files before downloading a new one and dragging it to the Settings folder. Very strange I know, but that's how our members have been able to solve the problem.

Then I have no solution, sorry

It's just that not having the accountsdata-file at all seems to be a very frequent problem, so I think that's the thing that solves a lot of these 201-problems ... but certainly not all of them.

Also helps if the Commish lets you have the very latest version of the file. If even that doesn't work then the stuff up is almost certainly his/her fault - get the settings checked!
