promoting, demoting gurus

I have the top prospect for pitchers in the league I am in. He is 22 yrs old and played college ball. I let the computer AI control my minors and after one season at A ball it promoted him to AAA. His control is no where what it will be. Will it harm him to send him to AA?

Sounds like you're playing OOTP12 - hopefully a mod can move to the OOTP12 forum to gain more traction.

In the meantime, I don't think it will hurt sending him back to AA though maybe his morale might drop a bit. One suggestion will be to check the minor league reports and see what your minor league managers are suggesting based on his progress. Their advice may be subjective based on their coach/manager ratings.
