Is there a way to have your manager set your player strategies for farm teams?

Just wondering if there is a setting i missed for this. I see that every farm team has a different TEAM strategy but all players are the same when it comes to player strategies. Is there a some way to set up having your farm team managers set their teams' player strategies?

I don't see a specific option anywhere for your exact request....Not sure but I think your best bet is to go to Manager Options and for Minor League Lineups/Depth/Pitching choose Minor League Managers.

After doing so it still looks like you personally can change the Player Strategies when you right-click on a minor leaguer, but perhaps by choosing the above the ML manager is now in charge of that and does it for you? Good luck.

Thanks for the feedback. Gave your idea a shot and didnt work however. I originally asked because when you think about it, you may have some players who may be very strong in stealing bases (as an example) so you would think, in their player strategy they would be a little more aggressive with respect to stealing than having their slider right in the middle and the same as someone with no stealing capability (just an example). The managers certainly have their own team strategies but do not impact individual players it appears. The other aspect would be regarding the minor league managers being split evenly between veterans and rookies as a default, when in fact, I read rookies (for strategy purposes are guys under 25 years) so for my single A etc teams with nobody over 25 should that slider be favoring rookies all the way? Sorry just knit picking :P

I did notice however for a players strategy..the default is for it to adjust to the team strategy OR u can override that and have his personal strategy override that of the team, and thus the managers strategy. So I guess for some of the elite speedsters for example, one can override the overall team strategy if its not based on speed as a heavy component and still let him do his thing.
