Full Screen?

Sorry, this is probably something really simple, but ...

Just got OOTP 12. I haven't played the game in a few years. How do I get the game in full screen? Right now it's about 1/3 size and I can't locate an option to change it.

go to preferences from the opening screen that opens when the program opens. The green grassy screen.
