My guess is that it should be read as "Player Salary" Cap because the cap doesn't include "Staff Salary" as Team Salary Cap would imply. To keep things consistent with the financial reports, perhaps Player Payroll Cap could be used. It seems less ambiguous.

It may have been mentioned earlier in the thread, but v11 simply labeled it Salary Cap, which apparently was much less ambiguous. v13 should probably return it to v11 form.

any one have issues with the 12.5.34 version freezing at 16% when in game dl of sim file? any one know the fix

They should go back to how it was. I need things to be as simple as possible, being the simple person I am.

The forum user hluraven sent us his league files and instructions how to reproduce the minor league trade crash bug. With this help, Markus was able to reproduce the bug and he already fixed it. We're testing the changes now and we'll release a new build ASAP

will the new build fix the freezing on the in-game download that sum leagues have i think its worse for my league as we have 2 pro leagues and the file is a bit bigger . or is there a fix

I just want to say what astonishingly quick good customer service OOTP has, I logged my ticket and had a response within half an hour, followed by some extremely helpful e-mails from Randy, then Andreas PMed to say it was all fixed. Brilliant quick work and a great credit to OOTP developments.

Not going to throw anybody under the bus here because that's been done to death around here lately. Just wanted to highlight both hluraven for filing a proper bug report and sending along league files in order to try and expedite a fix for his bug, and the company for getting on the problem quickly and coming up with a solution. 1998 Yankees should be showing up here any minute with an "I told ya so!" and then waiting with baited breath to see if this will indeed be...The Final Patch!!! Great job all.

Anyone else having issues trying to upload league files for an online league? The creating files and creating archive steps work fine, but when i upload archive it gets to 78 percent complete, jumps back to 0, and then stops at 19 percent. When owners try to upload it jumps back in time four months (to the last full saved game file).

I'd submitted a ticket but wondering if this is a known issue.

i found a work around to the issue today
league report settings and un check the include images this will lower ur .tar.gz file to around 30 mbs ish and u wont freeze any more

It probably wasn't freezing anyway. When the update is very large, ootp sometimes stops reporting progress on the progress bar when in fact its still downloading.

You should get an online monitor which shows online activity. Then you'll know if stuff is actually still downloading. Bitmeter II or Bistmeter OS are good free ones. (Thank You Ware). Codebox Software - BitMeter II

Then again it's also a very good idea NOT to include images, so your solution to a possible non-issue is a good one nonetheless.

yes it was downloading but im talking about the freezing when gms dl in the file
