HBL Clean House in 42nd season - 5 teams open

The HBL (an OOTP12 league), which started in 2001 is celebrating our 10th anniversary. We are in our 42nd year of play and we just decided to clean house of the owners that are awol. The following teams are available immediately:

Kansas City Royals
Cleveland Indians
Cincinnati Reds - FILLED
Colorado Rockies
San Francisco Giants

we actually got rid of a lot of those micro manage rules this year. the rules document needs to be edited. Really the only rule is max 4 year contract.
