It's been to quiet around here!

Can we get any update on the new patch? Almost done with season 2 on my iPad and would love to start playing season 3 with the iPad update.

Quit is always a good sign as it means that work on something (in this case the iPad update) is in full swing.

Today our Summer Meeting starts but I will post an update + forecast a little later so you guys know the actual situation.

Remember. Think editor, editor, editor.
And my favorite. Show what the defensive alignment is during play.

I'm just back from Stade after the first round of OOTP future talk (and a great visit to a local Steakhouse).

Tomorrow will be the first real workday of the Meeting and I will stay in Stade, so do not expect me online (or working on the iPad update) until Friday or maybe even Monday.

On the bright side: Since a few minutes I have iOOTP running native on my iPad! A few screens still need some work and Aurelio needs to exchange all graphics but that should not take to long (hopefully he can resolve his computer problems soon).

I will use this thread for a quick update:

The Summer Meeting last week was great, we did a lot of constructive conversation and made great plans for 2012. Over the next few weeks and month you will get all the details for iOOTP 2012, OOTP 13 and whatever is else planed for next year.

As you all know, right before the meeting I got a first draft of the iPad support for our used Framework. So since Monday I work directly on the device to bring the update as soon as possible into the hand of Apple (and later you guys). I had to go to a meeting with Markus and Andreas yesterday (something else then iOOTP) but Aurelio used the time to replace almost all graphics. Boy, iOOTP looks fantastic on the iPad and the much bigger screen makes it easier to navigate.

We have a planed Release Date (we will treat the update as a "new" release) but as we are on a very tight schedule I will not say much more then "during the Playoffs". As soon as I can make sure that we meet the Submit-Day, I (or Brad) will communicate the final day.

Please don't take my absence from the board (at the moment) as a sign of holiday or something, I'm just rushing through the screens (we have a lot) to optimize them for the bigger screen and add informations where it makes sense. We can talk after the update is out of the door.

Thanks for the update. I was just getting ready to post a new thread to ask about the iPad version when I saw this. I am anxious to get the iPad version. Should be great. Thanks for the news. By the way, I bought the Mac version of your game and have been enjoying it a great deal.

The HD version has 3 purposes:

1. Fullscreen on the iPad
2. Cristal clear (HD) graphics + everything is bigger + easier to use
3. Additional informations where it makes sense

To give you an idea, here is the HD version of the Home Screen:

Same here - well, only if Palli donates the test iPad.

I believe it's been submitted to Apple for approval. But palli could tell us for sure.

Hey guys, I'm back from programing hell.

As pstrickert said, the App is already with Apple since Monday and is scheduled for a 10/6 release if everything goes well.

The last few weeks were brutal, with the iPad update, the summer meeting and beta testing all coming without any breaks. This week I have a wedding as best man (first date was Tuesday, church and party will be tomorrow). In between I have to do a lot of PR stuff for the update but I will try to come back on track here over the weekend!

After the iPad version is released it will get a little more relaxed (just a bit, we have big plans for 2012 ) and give me more time to hang out here (or even play iOOTP myself).

So stay tuned, I will keep you updated on the Apple process.

Will the October 6 release include any improvements for the iPhone version?
