COnfused with OOOL

Okay so I have got to be doing something wrong because it shows my file is uploaded but then when my owners go to look for it it says "error the league files have not been updated"

Any help?

We finally abandoned OOOL.
It was issue after issue after issue.
We've gone back to the old way.
