Injuries.txt

Okay, I created a custom injuries.txt with career ending injuries removed and injuries for hitters limited to a few months (I know, there are some extreme examples that can result in long-term injuries, like concussions; but they can get those in the field). I've saved it in my league's folder (because I don't want this in all my leagues just yet), and it recognizes that the new injuries file is there and states that it will use the new file but I am still getting career ending injuries. I've tried to reload the injuries file in game as well, but to no avail. Anyone have suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks

Thanks for the response Spritze. Have you ever tried it by putting the injuries.txt into the individual league's folder? Is this something that is supposed to be able to be done and just isn't working correctly? Or am I just dense and screwing something up?

I am in the same boat with Spritze. I've only ever gotten it to work by having it in the parent directory, not the league.

Sorry to ask BUT could there be a differ between hitters and I suppose pitchers. Or do I misunderstood this "hitters"

Naturally it would be great since I think much more pitchers get Tommy John surgery than ex. shortstops. OR ?
